Our prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are reviewed periodically. Occasionally we may have made a mistake with the pricing of an item. We will not be obliged to sell you goods at the incorrect price.

The personal information you provide to open an account must be true, current and complete. If any of your personal details change, please update your account before processing any further orders. If you don’t update your details and products are sent to an incorrect address, we will not refund any delivery charges we have charged you.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your account has or will be used fraudulently or we have reasonable grounds to believe you have acted or will act fraudulently, we may with immediate effect and without notice suspend or cancel any account you hold with us.
Please make sure you keep your account details and password secret. We are not liable for any unauthorised expenditure on your account that has arisen out of your failure to protect your account and password details.
Ordering unavailable goods
Occasionally items that you order via the website may not be available. All unavailable products should show on the website as “out of stock” but on rare occasions the system may not update quickly enough and you may be allowed to order an item which has just gone out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you promptly and offer you an exchange or a refund for that particular item.
Where you have ordered multiple products within a single transaction and some products are available and others are not, we will only charge you for the products that are available and despatched – you will not been charged for the non-delivered items.
However many deliveries your order is sent in, you will not be charged postage more than once.
We are currently offering free postage for all UK orders placed that total above £40.00. This is subject to change at any time and new charges will be posted on the website.
If the delivery address is outside of the UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. You, or the recipient, must meet any additional charges for customs clearance as we are not liable for this is any way. Customs policies vary between countries and so we suggest that you contact your local customs office for more details.
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-4 working days (5 working days for international orders). Often your order will arrive before this. Occasionally it will not be possible to deliver within this time frame. If your order is required urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Your order will be delivered to the address provided by you at the point of order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect address as provided by you.
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery and therefore someone will be required to sign for the parcel. If for any reason your parcel gets lost, we will do our best to help you, but cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
