Are transactions secure?

Security is one of the main concerns for a shopper during any online transaction. All information transmitted online is heavily encrypted and the payment process is handled by RBS WorldPay to ensure the security of all data. This ensures that all online transactions are totally secure.

How do I use my discount code?

If you are lucky enough to have a discount code from somewhere, you will be given the opportunity to use this during checkout. Put the code into the “Enter discount code here” box, click on Apply, and you will then see your discount applied.

Can the items be delivered directly to the person of my choice?

Absolutely! When placing your order, at checkout simply click on “Edit” for the deliver address and you will be able to enter a different shipping address. If the goods are for somebody else, the invoice will not be sent with the parcel.

Can the item(s) be gift wrapped?

All our items are wrapped in coloured tissue paper as standard. If the item is a gift and you would like a gift tag added, please let us know by adding this as a comment when you order. Please include in the comments the exact wording you would like on the tag.
