Deliveries & Returns
How to order
All orders can be placed on our website. Browse our online shop, which is regularly updated with new brands and designs, and click on products you are interested in. This will give you more information on the product and you can view sizes and availability. Add your chosen products to the shopping basket and click checkout to complete your order, where you will need to give the required payment and delivery details.
Out of stock items
We try to maintain stock levels at all times and most items which show an out of stock sign will be available again within a few weeks. However some items are limited and may not be repeated in a season. Please contact us at info@littlelollipopkids.co.uk for any stock enquiries.
Changing or cancelling an order
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. It is not possible to do this once we have despatched the order.
Free UK delivery available on orders over £50.00. A range of delivery options are available for UK and overseas customers.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, subject to the item being in stock. We will advise you if there will be any delay to this. Most orders will arrive to you in 3-4 days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail. At busy times please allow 7-10 days to receive goods or use our next working day service for urgent deliveries (UK only).
UK Customers
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available for UK orders of £50.00 and over. These parcels will be sent Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class packages on the next working day (although it can take up to 15 working days). It is not possible to track packages sent this way and we can’t be held responsible for anything that gets lost in the post, although of course we will do all we can to help if something does go missing.
Royal Mail First Class Delivery £2.25
All UK orders under £50.00 will be sent by standard delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class packages on the next working day (although it can take up to 15 working days). It is not possible to track packages sent this way and we can’t be held responsible for anything that gets lost in the post, although of course we will do all we can to help if something does go missing.
Recorded Delivery/ Signed For £3.65
If you want more security for your package, please choose Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded/ Signed For Delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class packages on the next working day. With Royal Mail Recorded/ Signed For delivery someone will be required to sign for the parcel when it arrives. Please note, if when you place your order, you request that the parcel is left elsewhere if you are not at home (e.g. with a neighbour, in the shed) we are not able to send the parcel Signed For.
Next Day Delivery £5.95
Guaranteed to be delivered the next working day so long as your order reaches us by 2pm. Please note, any Next Day UK delivery orders placed on a Friday will not arrive until the Monday morning of the following week.
European Customers
Standard Delivery £3.95
Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail packages to European destinations within 3 working days, although it can take up to 20 working days. Please note that Standard Airmail cannot be tracked and we can’t be held responsible for anything that gets lost in the post, although of course we will do all we can to help if something does go missing.
Special Delivery £9.95
Royal Mail Airsure. Priority handling, usually a day faster than standard Airmail. Packages can be tracked and are eligible for up to £500 compensation in the event of loss. Please check whether Airsure is available for your country. If you select this option and Airsure isn’t available for your country, your package will be sent by Royal Mail’s International Signed For service, which requires someone to sign for it.
International Customers
Standard Delivery £6.95
Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail packages to International destinations within 5 working days, although it can take up to 25 working days. Please note that Standard Airmail cannot be tracked and we can’t be held responsible for anything that gets lost in the post, although of course we will do all we can to help if something does go missing
Special Delivery £12.95
Royal Mail Airsure. Priority handling, usually a day faster than standard Airmail. Packages can be tracked and are eligible for up to £500 compensation in the event of loss. Please check whether Airsure is available for your country. If you select this option and Airsure isn’t available for your country, your package will be sent by Royal Mail’s International Signed For service, which requires someone to sign for it.
The performance of the postal service is out of our control and we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, or delivery outside of our estimated times. If there are any delays please contact us at info@littlelollipopkids.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Returns and refunds
We’re sure that you’ll be delighted with your Little Lollipop Kids products but if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to refund or exchange any item if it is returned to us within 7 working days from your receipt of the goods. If this is the case, please email us as soon as possible at info@littlelollipopkids.co.uk with details of what you are returning and why.
It is best to return items to us by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If you wish to return a product, please make sure that it is in exactly the same condition as when it arrived with you (new and unworn) and that the labels are still attached. We can’t accept the return of any product that has been used, damaged or washed.

We will process your refund via the original payment method as quickly as possible. We will refund the cost of the product returned but the original posting and packaging charge is non-refundable. If you are returning the product to change the size, we will send your replacement by Royal Mail free of charge (UK only).
We will also be happy to exchange a returned product for something different. Please contact us to let us know what you would like to exchange the item(s) for and if we have it in stock, we will be glad to do this.
Please note any sale/reduced items will not be returnable or refundable.
The restrictions set out in this section don’t affect your right to a refund if the product is faulty.
Returning faulty products
We hope that all products reach you in perfect condition. If this isn’t the case, we will of course exchange the product or offer a full refund.
Please contact us at info@littlelollipopkids.co.uk with full details of the fault and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will respond to you within 2 working days. If it is agreed that the product is faulty, you will need to return it to us within 7 working days and we will then refund:
- the cost of the product(s) returned;
- any postage and packaging charges originally charged by us;
- the cost of sending the faulty products back to us, as long as they are sent by special or recorded delivery (and not by courier).
